Originally established in 1980 by four physicians, Riverside has now expanded to include five internists specializing in primary care for adults and children over the age of 14. The group also includes a gastroenterologist for patients over the age of 18 and one physician assistant for urgent medical visits.

Riverside Medical is a huge supporter of childhood cancer research. For over 20 years, Dr Pride and his staff have supported the Jeffrey Pride Foundation for Pediatric Cancer Research. This all volunteer organization has raised over 2.2 million dollars through annual golf and tennis events, concerts and dinner dances.
